The idea was to appreciate what we can do in our yoga practice. It is really easy to focus on what we can not do, this was a good challenge for me.
And I noticed that a pose which was very hard for me is now possible. Downward dog may never be my favorite but I can (mostly) do it! I even, briefly, tried a three legged dog. Definitely something to appreciate.
A few things have been wearing on me recently. I am now wondering if I can find something to appreciate within each one of them?
