Friday was a day where everything went as planned, with the possible exception of forgetting to get the laundry off the line until after dark.
I was struck by the enormity of all going as planned and asked my yoga instructor about her class planning process. She replied that she starts each class with a plan but is open to possibilities based on who is present and how they respond to events as they unfold. Noting what seems easy or difficult helps her to adjust her plan as class proceeds.
Planning is a key element in getting things done, big or small. Yet remaining flexible allows for mid-course correction (although not being flexible might lead to less complex postures). So many things to ponder from my yoga mat.
