Hooray! This was a swap inspired by one of Bonnie Hunter’s quilts, started several years ago, and finished today.

Some random things I learned with this project are (1) think about preferred finished size before assembling the top, I had to add to two sides of it after I first thought it was ready, (2) you have little control over what comes back in a swap, (3) it may seem like a good idea to stitch in the ditch around a million stars until you are in the midst of doing so, and (4) it takes more pins to baste a quilt than you realize (see https://ponderingitall.blog/2020/01/07/pin-storage/ for a picture or two) .
